I have the right to refuse a commission for whatever reason.

I am disabled, so please keep this in mind when it comes to the duration or process.

With this, please be open to slight changes in art style compared to commission examples!

I only accept $USD and ₱PHP. I only use invoices.

I only start after receiving payment.

Upfront, you have the option to pay in full, or a down payment of half the total price.
     - If paying half-price, you will NOT receive the final artwork in full high quality until after the last payment is complete!

Payment is typically only requested after the "Final Sketch", however you may pay beforehand.

Sketch commissions before "Shaded" and upwards require full payment upfront.

Requests for FULL refunds are only valid if I have not started on your commission, or am still in the sketching phase.

Partial refunds can be discussed if I am below 50% finished with your piece.

I do not allow refunds for artworks that are over 50% completed.

When commissioning me, these methods are preferred: Tumblr, Instagram, Discord, and E-Mail.

Please feel free to ask for updates ANY TIME!

If you do not respond to any of my questions or messages before the payment process within 7 days, your slot will be forfeited!
     - Messaging me after will count as a NEW slot!

My prices are flexible. The prices listed in this commission sheet are base rates. This means that the price may rise due to character complexity and other details.

I have full credit to the artwork. I may use the artwork to promote myself in the future.

All commissions are posted online to my socials and sites. Commissioners will also be tagged (@'d) unless asked to remain anonymous (no charge!)

If you prefer to keep the commission private (AKA. not posted online, forever), there is an additional "Private Commission Fee". (See: Add-Ons under the Prices page)

Commissions are for Personal & Non-Commercial Use only.
     - Commissions may be edited, cropped, colored/recolored, printed on personal merch, etc. No selling of my artwork.
     - When posting any of these alterations, do not pass it off as your own.

For Commercial use, please discuss with me the details of your commission. Expect to pay more than 2-3x of the base rates.

Do not reupload my work (if it is already posted on your targeted platform).
     - If you are the commissioner, please credit me and link to any of my socials or this carrd.

After the "Final Sketch", additional revisions may be charged. This will depend on the weight of the revisions themselves. If there are more than 2-3 changes and edits during the commission process, I will be charging for them.

All kinky and sexual/suggestive art have an additional Private Fee as I do not post them publicly.

I accept deadlines. Commissions are done in their own time to the best of my ability, and may take a week to a month or two depending on my free time and the complexity of the piece.

I implement rush fees depending on the time given.

No visual references means extra fees to compensate.

For tattoos, please describe exactly what you want. Most importantly, give references whenever possible.
